I'm still seeking a better method to post photographs to my Google Blog.

I downloaded the Google Picasa photo program to my laptop computer. That process took about twenty-five minutes because of my phone line link to the Internet. Once the program arrived at my computer I installed it. That took a few more minutes. Then I let Picasa create a catalog of all of the photos on the computer. It didn't read the thumb drive, just the photos on my hard drive. That's all right. I can copy the photos from the thumb drive to the hard drive later if I want to.

Next I used the "BlogThis!" button of Picasa to select this photograph for uploading to my blog. Some of the photos I have aren't the best quality because the camera I was using wasn't of high quality. This photo falls into that category.

The final test of the "BlogThis!" function was when I finished typing this entry and clicked "Publish Post."

Success! The process worked. The photograph was quickly uploaded from the computer to my blog.

In the days ahead I'll want to spend more time learning more about everything I can do with the Picasa program. If I learned something useful I'll write more about it in this blog.
