The Sun
The sun ... in its full glory, either rising or setting -- this, and many other like blessings we enjoy daily; and for the most of them, because they are so common, most men forget to pay their praises. But let us not.

Genealogy News
"Man's many desires are like the small coins he carries about in his pocket. The more he has, the more they weigh him down." (Satya Sai Baba in Real Magic by Dr. Wayne Dyer, p. 14)
Yesterday I posted to my genealogy "News" blog a fairly long piece I compiled about the family of Dr. Jeremiah Walton of Monroe county, Ohio. It included: a short descendant chart; an Ahnentafel chart, three census extractions for Jeremiah along with cemetery data; three census extractions for Richard K. and a biographical sketch; and a biographical sketch for William Vernon. All of the information is available in a file I am creating with the RootsMagic program. It's relatively easy to extract the information from RootsMagic to create such a report.
