Worry
Today I will let my Higher Power handle my worry so that I can be free.
I choose to be alive in this moment and not blocked by the conversations that go on over and over in my head.
I will stop trying to figure everything out and will trust that I will get the right answers at the right time.

Trust Yourself
Trust yourself and your intuition when something is out of kilter enough to mistrust.

Worrying
Planning for tomorrow is time well spent: worrying about tomorrow is time wasted. Worriers are consumed by fear and find it difficult to trust God. ...
(The One Year Book Of Bible Readings, 17 June)
Do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself, let the day's own trouble be sufficient for the day.

Choose Men Of Ability
Choose men of ability from all of the people
They must have respect for God.
You must be able to trust them ...
Appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.
Let them serve the people.

We have been disappointed so often that we find it difficult to know who to trust and what to believe. (David Jeremiah, Journey, 21 January) 22 January 2013

Trustworthiness
We in contemporary society witness a lack of trustworthiness in all areas and institutions of our lives:
Whom can we trust?
(after The Upper Room Disciplines - 2011, 16 July)

- our electoral process,
- our government,
- our leaders,
- our courts,
- our political parties,
- our banking industry,
- our stock market,
- our marriages,
- our churches,
- our schools,
- our friendships,
- our investment plans,
- our educational systems,
- our corporations and companies,
- our loved ones,
- ourselves.

Generosity, Honesty, Trust
- Generosity without prudence is foolhardiness;
- Honesty without compassion is ruthlessness;
- Trust without discernment is masochism.
